There is so much to adore about the Labrador! Here you have arrived to find out about our breeding program, with the possibility of welcoming a new puppy into your home.  Our aim is to produce quality, sound, intelligent Labrador Retrievers.

As already mentioned we only breed to introduce a new prospective puppy into our home.  So if you are lucky, we should have something available for you after we make our decision on which puppy we will be keeping.

We are dedicated to raising the best possible puppy for your family and ours.  They are born in our home and given the best care and attention for the first 8 weeks of their life. 

Included in the price of your puppy:-

• A comprehensive Puppy Information Folder and Puppy Pack.
• Puppy Culture Protocol - Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI) from days 3 - 16 to help aid their development, resilience and coping mechanisms. 
• Early toilet training process. 
• Start of early obedience training  - sit, wait, stand, come, leave it, watch.
• Wormed fortnightly.
• C3 Vaccination (Parvovirus, Hepatitis & Distemper) and Microchipped during their 6 week vet check.
• Socialising, enrichment activities and attention.
• DNA Tested Parent Verification (Dogs Queensland Requirement)
• All our dogs and puppies are fed and raised on Royal Canin food, and complemented with fresh bones, meat and vegetables.
• All of our breeding stock are Hip and Elbow scored and fully DNA tested (for genetic diseases).  Please refer to our Health Testing page for more information.

Our litters are carefully planned, choosing the most compatible sires and dams to produce typey Labradors with loving temperaments. 

Mahelu Labrador Retriever puppies are registered with Dogs Queenland (Pedigree Papers) and leave our home with an extensive puppy pack. They are destined to become a loyal loving Labrador in your home with lifetime support and guidance from us.
